• EQ MASTER CLASS 2–5 HOURS (depending on number of participants)

• EQ TEST (DEPTH or POOL)

By the end of this session, you will:

• How to tell if your freediving friends can go beyond 10meters in 3–5 seconds.

• Gain a deeper understanding of equalization, the most complex aspect of freediving, especially as depth increases.

• Learn the moving parts of equalization in detail and practice specific exercises tailored to your level:

  • Frenzel

  • Hands-free

  • Reverse pack

  • Mouth-fill
